| DLSP (Dalian Software Park) is a professional enterprise in development, management and operation of business parks headquartered in Dalian, Northeast China. In cooperation with local governments, DLSP aims at creating harmonious business parks by providing world-class infrastructures and services to its tenants. DLSP is empowered under the principal of “supported by the government, invested and run by a private company”.
DLSP is the first privately owned enterprise in development and operation of software parks in China. In 1998, DLSP established the Dalian Software Park, which is today the most successful software park project in China, having attracted a large number of multi-national companies, including IBM, HP, Panasonic, Sony, SAP, Oracle, BT and Cisco. More than just a landlord, DLSP is a preferred service provider and partner for enterprises looking at establishing back-office operations in China, such as shared service centers, call centers, and software development centers.
In addition to office solutions, DLSP provides added-value services to its tenants, following the requirements of its customers and characteristics of their businesses. Those services include HR recruitment and training, company incorporation services, advice on investment and business solutions. DLSP took the lead in investing on software education and training in China . DLSP also hosts annually the most authoritative international conference in this business field in China: China International Software & Information Service Outsourcing Summit (CSIO).
DLSP currently operates business parks in four major cities in China, Dalian, Wuhan, Suzhou and Tianjin.
